There is nothing more American than blue jeans and a white T-shirt, except for maybe Coca-Cola and baseball. Fall fashion demands denim, but this basic has undergone a very unbasic transformation. This season's blue jeans come in the form of patched jackets, 70's-inspired button front skirts, chic dresses, bags, and even heels. I find myself constantly gravitating to these upgraded denim pieces. The juxtaposition of a polished silhouette composed of the iconically laid back fabric is irresistible. When dressing up denim, it is important to elevate the look with fabulous accessories. These exquisite jewels from Melissa Lovy add the perfect, elegant finishing touch! Melissa Lovy's jewelry has a classic-meets-modern take on versatility with styles that appeal to every woman for just about any occasion. I have been living in the sleek Augusta cuff! Unlike most New Yorkers, I actually enjoy Manhattan in the summer. It's quieter, there's less traffic, and the warm city evenings feel romantic and sexy. I don't mind a Sunday afternoon at the beach, but I prefer to see the sunset over the city skyline. A loose white dress like this one from MLM is perfect for cocktails al fresco on a humid, sticky night. I love how off-the-shoulder designs leave room for lots of glamorous jewelry. I have rekindled my 90s obsession with chokers and I love the way this gold one looks with giant earrings. Wishing everyone a hot and sexy summer whether it's here, at the beach, or on a yacht in Capri. Xoxo

It's frigid in NYC, but that isn't stopping me from wearing my favorite accessories during Fashion Week...even if that means going bare-legged in my AMUZE Jimmy Choo boots. I'm a stubborn girl and I wear what I want, but because I figured my inevitably numb fingers and chattering teeth would cause me to question my choices, I decided to balance the bare legs with some weather appropriate attire. Hence, the chunky beanie and shearling bomber. This look feels part high school cheerleader, part retro glam. Hey, whatever helps me hang onto my youth...30 is coming quickly.
